Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Little Lighthouse Farm. Please note, I only ship seed orders. My produce is pick-up or delivery only to ensure you receive the freshest, most nutritious and organic produce, eggs and herbs. 

 

I strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience which extends to my shipping process. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy for your seed order below:
 

  1. Shipping Locations: I currently ship seeds to customers within the United States.
     

  2. Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, I will process it within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons.
     

  3. Shipping Methods: I ship all seed orders via standard mail, courier service, etc. My goal is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your seeds.
     

  4. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
     

  5. Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please allow 5-10 business days for your seeds to arrive. Occasionally unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs procedures may occasionally cause delays.
     

  6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number, if applicable. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
     

  7. Order Issues and Returns: If there are any issues with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your shipment. I will gladly assist you in resolving any problems.
     

  8. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages: In the rare event your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe or is lost in transit, please reach out to me. I will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and find a suitable resolution.
     

  9. Shipping Restrictions: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their local regulations. Little Lighthouse Farm is not liable for any issues arising from customs restrictions or regulations.
