At Little Lighthouse Farm, our chickens mainly scratch for their food and eat naturally occurring vegetation including grass and bugs. Their meals are supplemented with an organic feed mixture featuring a high amount of protein for optimal egg laying and, in turn, nutritious eggs.

My process is tailored to each individual grower and depends on the size and type of your garden. For example, if you prefer an in-ground versus a raised bed, or growing in containers, the timing will differ. Growing food takes time, attention and love. As long as you place an order during my fulfillment hours, you can pick up your order the same day! Little Lighthouse Farm hours are as follows: Monday to Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

I want to ensure you have the most nutritious and healthy produce, eggs, herbs and seeds, so I do my best to prepare orders as soon as they are received.

Yes, some orders which have a longer shelf life such as seeds, eggs and most of my herbs, which can be scheduled for pick-up 90 days in advance.

Absolutely. I want the ordering process to be as easy as possible for my customers. Orders set for delivery can be scheduled up to 10 days in advance.

If you placed an order for delivery, I’ll work with you to determine the best time for both you, as the customer, and within my operating hours to make sure you have your produce, eggs, herbs and/or seeds in a timely fashion.
